When you play a lot of billiards, there comes a time when you feel that you are not advancing in your game.
You feel frustrated, angry, sometimes worried, but don’t let these emotions control you.
Ask yourself a question:
What are those shortcomings I have when I play pool?
Write them down and try to solve them.
There are a few reasons why this happens to you:
One of the main reasons is because you place yourself wrong when executing a shot, the way to correct it is with fundamentals.
Another reason is because of your thoughts, it seems unbelievable, but if you talk to yourself with negative words you will not advance in your game, changing these words, and visualizing how you pocket the balls you will improve a lot.
Another is because of something that worries you, you have several days with something that is going around in your head and you do not concentrate well.
Try to solve it by talking to someone or with the same person with whom you have that problem, this is the best solution.
Or it is simply lack of practice, you should keep practicing daily or at least several hours a week, practicing those difficult shots.
When you come across a difficult shot, take a picture of it with your cell phone or write it down somewhere, to repeat it as many times as necessary, until you have mastered it.
