What to do when I’m under pressure playing pool?


Put your mind in blank for a moment.

Forget about everyone around you.

There is only you, along with the pool table and the balls.

Inhale hold your breath for 5 seconds, exhale hold your breath for 5 more seconds.

Repeat this process 10 times.

Now that you are calmer.

Think about why you are under pressure, create your anti-distraction shield and stop saying negative words to yourself.

Start doing visualization exercises.

After the breathing exercise, open your eyes and focus only on your pool game, there is no one around you.

Now do your normal game, execute and win.
