The Best Premium Billiard Magic Rack

The billiard rack are used to assemble the balls.

It is an important piece of strategy in your billiard game.

It all starts with setting up the billiard balls and with this you can leave the balls steady when making the break.

Depending on the modality, it is important to place the balls in their correct position and to adjust or tighten the balls well before hitting them, so that they expand over the whole table (if the hit is good and strong).

The normal wooden or plastic triangle does not often leave the balls together and so they do not make proper contact.

When you break the ball pineapple, what you want most is for all the balls to separate, no matter how hard you hit, this is often due to not placing the balls properly.

To make sure that all the balls are all together, there are special triangles, similar to plastic wrap, that are made of a stronger and more durable material.

These triangles are called Magic Ball Rack.

Beware that not all of these triangles are good, many are imitation and can be damaged the first time you use them.

How does the Magic Rack work?

  1. You place it on the table.
  2. You put the balls over it.
  3. You break.
  4. Then you remove it.
  5. Most times you can remove it after breaking- most times there may be a ball or two inside the open portion of the rack.
  6. Rarely will you have 1-2 balls still on the “rack” where you have to hit those balls to remove the rack.

“Ok, I admit. At first I was pissed when I opened the box. I didn’t do much research, I wasn’t expecting a paper thin template. I like stuff. I like tangible stuff. Tactile things. Beefy things. This was not that. The first time in my Amazon ordering life where I got angry. I tossed the ziplock bagged product on my desk in anticipation of writing an angry review later on.

I shot pool a few times with my cheapo plastic freebie rack that came with my table. I don’t like that thing. So I thought “eh, why not give this so called magic rack a chance” and so I used it.

So I used it once. Twice. Three times. A dozen. I lost count. I love this thing. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to traditional racking. I get why one or so reviews says its too expensive- this is probably at most a dollars-worth of mylar… and I’m sure if you have an x-acto knife and office mylar sheet, you probably can make your own… but regardless. This is new age billiard “tech” baby, its here. Start using it, everyone! 5 stars.

“I have a pretty nice pool table at home but I’m strictly an amateur player.

I play four games of eight ball every night with my wife and while we’re not great, we aren’t too bad considering we’re not far from 80 years old.

I thought my breaks were not very good simply because I wasn’t an accomplished player.

As it turns out, it was my cheap rack.

I had no idea a conventional rack could result in such poor breaks.

With the Magic Rack my breaks are now much much better.

I often sink a ball on the break and the Magic Rack helps in distributing the balls evenly over the table.

In addition, the cue ball frequently ends up near the center of the table.

The improvement is remarkable.

Because my breaks are so much better, so is my game.

I’m not great at cue ball control and positioning, but I try.

Since the balls are so nicely spread out using the Magic Rack, my game is also improved.

I really didn’t know a device like this existed until I saw a YouTube pool instructor using one.

I’m VERY glad I tried it.

Highly recommended.”
